Liliana Rojas’ main work is the renewal and maintenance of trademarks, slogans and  trade names. She also performs ownership updates; recordal of assignment of rights; mergers; changes of name and owner’s legal status. Furthermore, she gets involved with the recordal of encumbrances and licenses of use. Liliana provides consultancy in Intellectual Property matters —use, tariffs, maintenance, proving of legal capacity, new applications.

When I’m not being a lawyer…

Reading about child care and education, interior decoration and movies. I love to get involved in charitable activities for helping babies and children.
